Episcopal Church Women (ECW)
Who We Are
We are Episcopal Church Women of all ages, ethnic origins and socioeconomic backgrounds who hold a variety of views. However, the common denominator of our members is love of God and the wish to do His work.
Mission & Vision
Mission – Centered in congregations, the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) empowers women to do Christ’s ministry in the world. We hold two regular fund raisers each year, a soup Sunday in the spring and a salad Sunday in the fall, to help with mission and ministry both inside the parish and in the wider community.
Vision – Our vision for all women of the Episcopal Church is that we become a vibrant blend of all ages, coming together as a peacemaking, healing part of the Church. We aspire to be a Godspark-shining and sharing the love of Christ.
When We Meet
The Episcopal Church Women (ECW) includes every woman who attends St. Paul’s. Meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month at 10 AM in Lawrence Hall. The group plans activities that benefit the parish and hosts events such as Super Soup Sunday and Salad Sunday to raise funds for special projects in the parish as well as community outreach.
